The Process

This is where our journey begins! We'll schedule a relaxed, informal chat – either virtually or in person – to get to know each other. This is your opportunity to share your vision for your wedding day, ask any questions you have, and see if we're a good fit. There's absolutely no pressure or obligation at this stage. It's simply a chance for us to connect and for you to decide if my style aligns with your dreams.

If you feel we're a match and you'd like to secure my services, I'll send you an agreement outlining all the details of your chosen package. Once this is signed and a deposit is paid, your wedding date is officially reserved in my calendar. This ensures I'm fully dedicated to your special day.

Now we can get properly excited about creating your ceremony together! For both 'The Classic' and 'The Premium' packages, this will be a comprehensive planning session where we delve into your love story, your values, and your aspirations for the ceremony. I'll provide you with a detailed questionnaire to help you reflect on key moments, shared memories, and what you envision for your vows and readings. This information forms the foundation of your unique ceremony script.

For The Basic, this will usually only necessitate a phone call to ensure we have all the key timings worked out. 

Based on our discussions and your questionnaire responses, I'll begin drafting your ceremony script. For 'The Classic' package, this involves tailoring a beautiful template with your personal details. For 'The Premium' package, I'll craft a completely bespoke script from scratch. I'll send you a draft for your review and we'll work through as many revisions as needed to ensure every word resonates with you and perfectly captures your love story. 

For 'The Premium' package, a full rehearsal is included. This is a fantastic opportunity to walk through the ceremony flow at your venue, ensuring everyone involved – from the wedding party to readers – feels comfortable and confident with their roles and positioning. It helps to iron out any last-minute details and ensures a smooth, relaxed ceremony on the day itself.

This is what we've been working towards! On your wedding day, I'll arrive well in advance, ensuring everything is set up and ready to go. I'll be a calm, reassuring presence, ready to deliver your beautifully crafted ceremony with warmth, professionalism, and genuine joy. My focus will be entirely on you, ensuring you can relax, be present, and fully immerse yourselves in the incredible moment you say "I Do!"

After the fun of the big day, I will head home and attend to the details, getting your marriage registered while you party it up with your friends and family.
